Planned and implemented company-wide bi-weekly store merchandising for the Uptown, Eva Mendes, and Gabrielle Union collections, reconciling inventory data to ensure appropriate placement of 5000+ individual SKUs in over 400 stores for both Chain Retail and Outlet divisions. Supervised and trained direct reports and field staff during the floor set process, and provided weekly merchandising and window styling direction, analyzing sales data and adapting to business trends.

Designed and developed an updated A|X mannequin program to elevate flagship store presentation. Developed and sourced new store fixtures, working with multiple vendors to reduce production costs by 60%, while preserving both aesthetic and structural quality.
